SAM ESTIL CRISWELL, age 61 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015 at the JAMESTOWN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.

 

Memorial service will be Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

He is survived by his:
