JUANITA KAY (STORIE) UPCHURCH, age 70 of Pall Mall, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017 at her home.

 

Graveside service will be Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the DAVIDSON CEMETERY in Pall Mall.

 

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

She is survived by her:

Daughter, ANGELA K. SMITH and husband DAVID

Sons, RICK UPCHURCH and wife STEPHANIE

                 KEVIN UPCHURCH and fiancée MARY HYDER
