To Rosie's family I'm so sorry for your loss. Rosie was one of a kind! For the last 10 years I've been blessed to have her as a neighbor and friend. Her smiles and sassy ways will be missed by everyone. She was great with all my grandchildren and they thought the world of her yelling hi Rosy if we drove by her house even if she wasn't outside. They just knew she'd hear them and see them wave. Everywhere we went she knew someone who's greet her with a wave or hug . She was a terrific lady who will be missed by many.
