Roy (and family.) I am so sorry about Betty's passing. I had seen and spoken to her not too long ago at our "favorite meeting spot" - the Dollar Store in Jamestown. It seems that everytime I went in there she was there and we always took a few minutes to talk - -(gossip) especially about "Roy Newton". She loved and was so proud of her family. She said more that once that Allison had her hands full with Roy but we both knew was so proud of her daughter-in-law as well as her entire family for that matter. My love and sadness goes out to your family for the loss of a wonderful lady!

Roy, Allison, and family,
You all are in my thoughts and prayers. I remember Mrs. Betty when she substituted our classes when I attended York High School. She was always upbeat and smiling. In my eyes, her most endearing quality was that she was always genuinely interested in all of us; how we were, what we were involved in. She would nudge (and sometimes give us a gentle push) to make good decisions. She will be missed.
