TOM UPCHURCH, age 79 of Nashville, formerly of Fentress County, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015 in Nashville, TN.

 

Funeral service will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the DONELSON HEIGHTS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH in Donelson, TN.

 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Oct 03, 2015 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DONELSON HEIGHTS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH in Donelson, TN.

 

The family will also receive friends on Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the JENNINGS FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL in Jamestown, TN.

 

Burial will follow on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the UPCHURCH CEMETERY in Jamestown, TN with Military Service at Graveside provided by American Legion Post 137.

 

He is survived by his:

4 Daughters, LESLIE HART and husband BILL of Nashville, TN;

             SUE ELLEN HALL of Mt Juliet, TN;

             MYRNA JILL WELSHANS and husband WILSON of Mt Juliet, TN;

11 Grandchildren;

3 Great Grandchildren;

Brother, DAVID UPCHURCH and wife MARCELLA of Jamestown, TN;

Sister, BETTY HOLT and husband, the late GIB of Jamestown, TN;
