William Roger Black, age 78 of Powhatan, VA, formerly of Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at the Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, VA.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Springs Chapel Cemetery.
