Tony Gene Crouch

Tony Gene Crouch, age 54 of Jamestown, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the York Institute Gymnasium. Burial will follow in the Frogge Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at York Institute Gymnasium.
