Steven Loyd Kelly, Jr. age 46 of the Rinnie Community, passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at the Cumberland Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel. Burial will follow in the Springs Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel.
