Obituary
Sheila Elaine Bartley was born on December 31, 1962 in Marietta, Georgia and passed away peacefully in her sleep at home in Clarkrange, TN on January 19, 2023, shortly after her 60th birthday. Sheila was famous for her mashed potatoes and no one ever left her house hungry. She was a voracious reader, with crime and mystery novels being her favorite, reading thousands of books in her lifetime. Sheila never met a stranger and was always the first to say hello. She dedicated hundreds of hours of her time to volunteer work and was even named Top Volunteer for LBJC Head Start two years in a row. She was a devout Christian and attended services at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, until her health would no longer allow her to attend. She prayed for those she loved daily and never lost sight of her faith. Sheila was a devoted mother, partner, sister, aunt, friend, and second mom to many and she will be missed immensely.
