Sam Swafford, age 90 of Jamestown, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at his home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Springs Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 1, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
