Roger Dale Owens, age 79 of Jamestown, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at his home.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
