Richard "Blue" Blair Obituary

Richard “Blue” Blair passed away early Monday morning September 13, 2021 at his residence. Blue was born on Wednesday November 17, 1942 to Lawrence and Frona (Harvey) Blair in Jamestown Tennessee.

He Graduated from Alvin C. York Institute in 1960. Blue married Debra (Pennington) Blair on March 6, 1982 and she survives. Mr. Blair worked for Muncie Chevrolet for 32 years prior to his retirement.

Surviving Richard is his:

Wife of 39 years, Debra (Pennington) Blair

Son, R. Justin Blair

Daughter Erica Blair

Grandchildren Landon and Blake Blair

Sister Barbara Conatser of Jamestown

Several extended family members

His parents and 3 siblings preceded him in passing.

A Private Family Service will take place at Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center with burial to follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Parson is entrusted with funeral arrangements.
