Phyllis (Ramsey) Byrd

Phyllis Ramsey Byrd, age 68 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at the Signature Health Care of Fentress Co.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.  Burial will follow in the Springs Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

Phyllis is survived by her:
Son, Chris Byrd and wife Amelia
Daughter, Melissa Byrd
Grandchildren, Bailee Morton
                        Kevin and Richard Hall
                        Zachary and Cody Byrd
Great Granddaughter, Paislee Beaty
Sisters, Helen Lowe and husband Blaine
             Wiladean Ruble and husband Cecil
             Betty Dodson and the late husband Butch 
             Carolyn Taylor and husband Teddy 
A Host of Nieces, Nephews, other Family and Special Friends

She is preceded in death by her:
Parents, Woodrow and Willie (York) Ramsey
Brothers, Bobby Ray and James Arthur Ramsey 
Sisters, Velma Sue Wakefield and Lucille Stults 

In Lieu of Flowers, the Family request donations to the Fentress Hope Foundation and they can be left at Jennings Funeral Homes or mailed to the Hope Foundation at 1211 Old Hwy. 127 S. Jamestown, Tn  38556
