Phil Mendola, age 74 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

The family will be having a Private Celebration of Life at a later date.

Phil is survived by his:
Wife, Doreen (Gessner) Mendola
Son, Phil Mendola, Jr.
Grandchildren, Michael, Jessica, Alyssa and Lauren
Great-Grandchild, Tristan

He is preceded in death by his:
Father, Salvatore Mendola
Mother, Carmella (Pepi) Mendola
