Miles Kermit Blevins
Obituary
Miles Kermit Blevins, 74, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023. He was a 1966 graduate of York Institute in Jamestown, Tennessee. He was a former employee of Star Construction, an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing, he enjoyed playing tennis and watching the Tennessee Vols.
His parents, Kermit and Mary Helen Blevins preceded him in death.
Miles is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Linda Slaven Blevins; a daughter, Amber Blevins; grandchildren, Autumn, Lily and Sophie Ingraham; brothers, Terry Blevins and Mark Blevins and sisters, Sherrie Davis and Kathy Short.
Visitation is 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home in Soddy-Daisy, TN
Visitation will also be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. central time Friday, September 8, 2023 at Jennings Funeral Home in Jamestown, Tennessee. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 P.M. central time Friday in Akers Chapel Cemetery (Sharp Place Cemetery) in Jamestown.
