Mildred Choate Obituary
MILDRED CHOATE, age 78 of Clarkrange, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the CUMBERLAND MEDICAL CENTER in Crossville.
Funeral service will be Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the STORIE CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
