Lois R. (Patton) Crouch, age 82 of Cookeville, formerly of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Fentress Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
