James "Jim" Perry Franklin

James "Jim" Franklin, age 75 of Jamestown, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the Signature Health Care of Fentress County.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

James is survived by his:
