Howard Lee Choate, age 70 of Crawford, TN, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the Helena Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
