HAROLD CLEVE "CHOCOLATE" CRESELIOUS, age 77 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020 at WYNDRIDGE HEALTH AND REHAB CENTER in Crossville.
Graveside service will be Monday, January 13, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the CROCKETT CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 13, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the CROCKETT CEMETERY.
He is survived by his:
