ERIC CRABTREE, age 45 of Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at HARDIN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL in Elizabethtown, KY.
Funeral Service will be Monday, June 17, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the POTTER CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 17, 2019 from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
ERIC is survived by his:
Wife, CHASITY CRABTREE
Daughter, LINDSEY CRABTREE
Mother, DELTA (TINCH) CRABTREE
Brother, SHANE CRABTREE
Sister, NICOLE WHITTENBURG and husband BRADLEY
A HOST OF NIECES, NEPHEWS, OTHER FAMILY & FRIENDS
