David "Doc" Riggins, age 74 of Jamestown, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.

The Family has chosen Cremation.

David is survived by his:
Wife, Charlotte Riggins
Son, Russell Riggins and wife Eowyn
Daughter, Brandee Riggins Van Ryan and husband Alec
Granddaughter, Selina Elizabeth Holt
Brother, Noel Riggins and wife Fran
Sister, Margaret Riggins McDonald
All of the Clarkrange Junior ROTC Family

He is preceded in death by his:
Parents, Roy Chester and Lucille Riggins
Sister, Jean Riggins Robinson
