MICHELLE MARIE SWAFFORD, age 58 of Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at PARK WEST HOSPITAL in Knoxville.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown with Cremation to follow.
She is survived by her:
Husband, DONALD SWAFFORD
Daughter, REBECCA KENNEDY and husband JAMES
Son, DANIEL SWAFFORD and wife APRIL
