LUCREATIA PHYLLIS EVANS, age 63 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at CUMBERLAND MEDICAL CENTER.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, February 27, 2018at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the MOODY CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
She is survived by her:
