JACKIE W. DELK, age 57 of Jamestown, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018 at TRISTAR CENTENNIAL MEDICAL CENTER.
Funeral Service will be Friday, January 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the LIGHTHOUSE CHURCH OF GOD. Burial will follow in the CHURCH CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the LIGHTHOUSE CHURCH OF GOD.
