Mr. J. Q. CLARK, age 75 of Jamestown, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at TENNOVA HEALTHCARE-JAMESTOWN.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the STORIE CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

Son, GREGORY ALLAN CLARK
