Gene Stewart Obituary
Gene Stewart, age 87, of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away Monday, January 6, 2020, at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Gene was born April 19, 1932 in Oneida, Tennessee to the late Cecil & Minnie (Kocur) Stewart. Gene retired in 1972 from Ohio Bell and went on to establish Spectrum Printing in 1978. He was a licensed private pilot (IFR certified) and he was a Thoroughbred Racehorse owner & trainer.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 10, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST), at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, Ohio 45377.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. (CST) at the Mt. Helen Cemetery in Allardt, Tennessee.
