DANNY SWAFFORD, age 59 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at BETHESDA HEALTH CARE in Cookeville.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the SPRINGS CHAPEL CEMETERY.
