CAROL GLEE (UPCHURCH) PICKARD, age 78 of The Forbus Community, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at her home.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
She is survived by her:
