BILLY “JOE” SMITH, age 71 of Fentress Co., passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at GENERATIONS OF SPENCER in Spencer, TN. 

 

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel.  Burial will follow in the JONESVILLE CEMETERY.

 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel.
