JESS WILLARD BEATY, 84 ,of Trenton, FL, Passed Away Sunday, September  5, 2004 at theSHANDS AT ALACHUA GENERAL HOSPITAL in Gainesville, FL.  Funeral Service will be Saturday, September 11, 2004 at 2:00 PM AT GRAVESIDE at the BEATY SWAMPS CEMETERY,  with burial in the BEATY SWAMPS CEMETERY in OVERTON COUNTY.

 

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 11, 2004 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Jennings Funeral Home Chapel IN JAMESTOWN, TN.

MS. JANE PATTON, AGE 54, of Jamestown, TN, Passed Away Saturday, September 18, 2004 at the COOKEVILLE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.  Funeral Service will be Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the SHARP PLACE CEMETERY.

A graveside service for Mrs. Agnes L. Greene, age 78, formerly of Jamestown, TN will be held Saturday Sept. 25, 2004, at the Franklin Cemetery at 3:00 pm. Bro. Sammy Dunford will be officiating.

 

Mrs. Greene passed away Tuesday Aug. 24, 2004 in Pleasanton, CA. 

She was the daughter of Henry and Florida Jane Penneycuff, and the wife of Thomas Greene, all who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Greene was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Oakley Penneycuff, and Granville Penneycuff. 1 sister Opha Lee Penneycuff, all of Jamestown. 

Mrs. Greene is survived by 2 sons James Greene and wife Brenda of Bellevue, MI.

Also, Hollis Greene and wife Ruth of Pleasanton, CA. Also several grandchildren& great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by sister Versie Roysden, a twin sister Artha Vaughn, and 2 brothers Hollis Penneycuff, and Ray Penneycuff all of Jamestown.

 

Mrs. Greene lived in Nashville many years, where she retired from the state Dept. of Transportation. She was a member of the Nashville V.F.W. and was an honorary member of the State House of Representatives for many years.

Mrs. Greene was most known to all in Jamestown who knew her simply as "Aunt Aggie".

 

She is sadly missed by sons, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

TAYSE, AGE 85, of FAYETTEVILLE, N.C., FORMERLY OF CLARKRANGE, TN, Passed Away SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2004 in FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.  MEMORIAL SERVICE will be SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2004 at 2:00 PM at the CLARKRANGE CHAPEL OF JENNINGS FUNERAL HOME with burial in the CLARKRANGE CEMETERY in CLARKRANGE, TN
