Westley Eugene Palmer, age 44 of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville.

Westley worked hard as a Carpenter to support his family his whole life. Loved his kids, motorcycles, God and had a personality that filled a whole room when he entered it.
