KAYLA ANN COOK, age 23, of Jamestown, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at COOKEVILLE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.

 

Funeral Service will be Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.  Burial will follow in the PRICE CEMETERY.

 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
