JAKE GILREATH, age 75 of Clarkrange, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at his home.

 

Funeral service will be Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the GILREATH CEMETERY with Military Service at Graveside provided by Jamestown American Legion Post 137.

 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

He is survived by his:

Wife, WILMA (ADKINS) GILREATH of Clarkrange

Son, DAVID GILREATH and wife DORIS of Riverview, FL

Daughter, SONYA BEATY of Jamestown
