JACLYN PARKER, age 32 of Jamestown, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at her home.

 

Funeral service will be Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Cremation to follow.

 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

She is survived by her:
