JACK CROUCH, age 85 of Pall Mall, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at SIGNATURE HEALTH CARE OF FENTRESS CO.

 

Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.  Burial will follow in the WOLF RIVER CEMETERY with Military Service at Graveside provided by the Hull-York D.A.V. Chapter 5.

 

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

He is survived by his:

Daughter, PEGGY SMITH and Husband JAMES

Grandchildren, BRAD SMITH and Wife TRACY

                                AMANDA ALLEN and Husband JOSH

                                JACQUELYN SMITH

Great Grandchildren, LYZA, OWEN, GAVIN, LYDIA & LEVI

Sister, BOBBI HUFF

Brother-in-Law, WILL EDD PATTON

 

He is preceded in death by his:

Wife-BESSIE (PATTON) CROUCH

Father-EDISON CROUCH

Mother-CENTRALIA (CUMMINGS) CROUCH-UPCHURCH
