CORDELL COOK, age 78 of the Banner Community, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at SIGNATURE HEALTH CARE OF FENTRESS CO.
Funeral Service will be Friday, August 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow in the WESTFELT CEMETERY.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
