BERTIE MAE (GARRETT) CHAMBERS, age 86, of Jamestown, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2016 at the ONEIDA NURSING AND REHAB CENTER.

 

Funeral service will be Friday, September 23, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

 

Burial will be Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM CENTRAL TIME at the BLACK CREEK CROSSROADS CEMETERY in SCOTT COUNTY.
