AMELIA FAITH SITNIK, age 5 months of Jamestown, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville. 

 

The Family has chosen cremation and Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Amelia loved being with family, playing with her stuffed toys, going for car rides, listening to music and watching her Looney Tunes cartoons.
