We at the Jennings Funeral Homes are proud to announce the well accepted addition to a number of "Funeral Home Records" books being produced/transcribed by Mrs. R.J. Ellis and Mrs. C.S. Posey. This publication is offered on the funeral records of the Jennings Funeral Home, and predecessors, from 11\3\1957 thru 2\19\1973 and the applications of the Jamestown Burial Fund, from 1959 thru 1989. The publication includes information, when available, on family members, places of birth and death, dates of birth and death, and other useful information. Some records are more complete than others. This is the first book on the information at the Jennings Funeral Homes. We are looking forward to the next book, Book II, to be transcribed/printed in the summer of 2001. Mrs. Ellis and Posey have been very busy producing a number of Funeral Home Record books using local funeral homes records. They currently have 5 such books ,from local and neighboring county funeral homes. And are currently planning to add many more such books, as time and the information become available.
